Range of torque testing devices

The torque testing devices are available in static or rotating form. Depending on customer requirements, a choice can also be made between analog and digital versions. While the analog torque testing devices are characterized by particularly simple operation, the electronic torque testers offer the possibility of storing up to 2094 measured values. The torque range of the tools to be tested is between 0.05 Ncm and 2000 Nm.

The analog torque testing devices of the ATG and BTG series are easy to transport and are characterized by the measurement of smallest torques. The devices are suitable for testing both mechanical and electronic components. The overload protection prevents stalling, which could lead to inaccuracies of the test equipment. Due to the compact design and the low weight a high user friendliness is given.

The analog torque testing devices of the TM series are optimally suited for testing closure torques, starting torques and spring forces as well as for torsion tests. The instruments contain 4 jaws whose positions can be shifted. This allows the various shapes of the objects to be tested to be clamped securely. Since the torque testing devices do not need to be bolted to the table, they are ideal for mobile use. The beveled display with large scale also supports the easy use of the testers.

The electronic torque testing devices of the TME series are particularly suitable for checking bottle caps. Both a torque test and a rotation test can be performed as part of the application. The torque testing devices include a data processing function that stores the measured values internally. These can then be transferred to the PC or printer.

The electronic and economically advantageous Torquik EZT series torque testers are flexible and particularly user-friendly due to their mobile use and the illuminated display panel. Before torque overload occurs, the integrated system provides an appropriate warning to prevent damage. The Torquik torque testing devices can be charged externally.
