Due to the ring-shaped enclosure of the drive profiles, ring wrenches are characterized by a particularly firm grip and efficient power transmission. Our ring wrenches are made of high-quality chrome vanadium steel or a special steel. The surface treatment is then carried out either by phosphating, chrome plating or nickel plating the ring wrenches. All ring wrenches can be ordered individually as well as in sets. In addition to our standard articles, we also design and manufacture special ring wrenches according to individual customer requirements as custom-made products.

Special ring spanner
Challenge:
As part of maintenance work, our customer from the rail vehicle industry has to perform various bolting operations on the chassis. Due to the tight working conditions, countering the bolts to tighten them was not an option.
Our solution:
After inspecting the bolting case, we designed a suitable counter wrench in a special shape. The design was then approved by the customer for production. For this, we bent a cranked ring wrench and extended it through a tube.
Result:
The counter wrench is now being successfully used at all of the customer's German sites and facilitates the employees' work application.

Our customer now achieves the screw connection and the targeted torque without much effort.

Double ended ring spanner
The range of double ended ring spanner includes, among others, s, standard double ended ring spanners in straight as well as offset design or double ended ring spanners for TX screws.
Open ended ring spanner 370 C
The chrome-plated open ended ring spanner 370C made of chrome vanadium steel with smoothly grinded heads is especially suitable for union nuts and tube lines. The open ended ring spanner is available in wrench sizes from 8x10 mm to 30x32 mm.

Slugging ring spanner
The range of impact ring wrenches includes, among others, impact ring wrenches made of special steel with width across flats of up to 230 mm or extra strong and particularly thin-walled wrenches.
Slugging ring spanner 480 PH
Our impact ring wrench 480 PH is made of high-quality chrome vanadium steel and is phosphated. This impact ring wrench is particularly suitable for the heaviest loads and deeper screws. The wrench widths range from 19 mm to 120 mm.

Heavy duty single ended offset ring spanner 440
The heavy duty single ended offset ring spanner is made of high-quality chrome vanadium steel and chrome-plated. The pull ring wrench is particularly suitable for heavy tensile loads and is available in wrench sizes from 24 mm to 105 mm. The pull ring wrench is used with a chrome-plated steel slip-on tube.
