The single open-ended spanners, double open-ended spanners, ring open-ended spanners and impact open-ended spanners are offered in various dimensions and designs as standard tools or are specially manufactured according to individual requirements. Due to the lateral attachment, our open-ended spanners also enable work on screws and nuts that are difficult to access. The open-ended spanners manufactured by us are made of a special steel or high-quality chrome vanadium steel. Surface treatment is done by phosphating, chrome plating or nickel plating of the open-end wrenches. The open-ended spanners can be supplied as a set or individually. Based on our many years of experience, we offer our open-ended spanners as standard articles or as custom-made products according to special requirements.

Open-end spanners according to customer requirements - manufacturing examples

Special open-ended spanner with modified head and a dipped handle
Challenge:
Our industrial customer needed a special tool for a screw connection with very tight space conditions.

Our solution:
The tightening torque prompted us to design and manufacture a special open-end spanner according to customer requirements. For this purpose, the open-end spanner was angled and the head contour was adapted to the space conditions. To ensure safety, the handle was also dipped in yellow.

Result:
The open-end spanner has since been successfully used for the customer's bolting work. 
Open-end spanner (Size 50) with special jaw position and strength

Challenge:
Our 560 PH open-end spanner is available as a catalogue item with the standard jaw positions 15°, 40° and 90°. However, for a special screw connection, our customer needed an open-end spanner with a special jaw position.

Our solution:
We therefore manufactured our open-end spanner as a custom-made product. In addition to the jaw position, we also adapted the strength and the length of the tool according to the customer's wishes.

Result:
The dimensions, spanner width and jaw position of our open-end spanners are freely selectable and individually adaptable. Our customer's open-end spanner could therefore be manufactured and used promptly.

Single open-ended spanners

The range of open-ended spanners also includes the adjustable and chrome-plated open-end wrench 210 made of chrome vanadium steel and the phosphated open-end wrench 560 PH made of special alloy steel for the heaviest tensile stress in a particularly long version. The model 180 PH single open-end wrench is made of high-quality special steel. The jaw position is 15°. While the open-end wrenches with widths up to 38 mm are phosphated, the wrenches with widths from 41 mm are steel gray.

The chrome-plated double open-end wrench of the 100 C product series is made of chrome vanadium steel and has a jaw position of 15°. The widths across flats of the 100C wrench range from 4x5 mm to 55x60 mm. In addition, the double open-end wrench is also available as a set in a box.

The 540 PH impact open-end wrench is made of high-quality chrome vanadium steel and has a phosphated surface. The impact open-end wrench is particularly suitable for the heaviest loads and is available with jaw positions of 15°, 45° and 90°. The wrench widths range from 41 mm to 120 mm for the 540 PH.
